2 Ingredients of serving four portions

 

Three of medium turnips with the green leaf

One of smallish sweet potato

A moderate amount of kelp-flavored stock

200cc of soy milk

30g of miso (fermented soybean paste)

3 The recipe for Vegans by Japanese style

– Cut turnips into round slices about 1cm thick after peeling.

Cut a sweet potato into round slices about 1cm thick after peeling half like a patchy pattern.

– Pour the soy milk in to a pot and add the sliced turnips and potatoes.

Pour the kelp-flavored stock in to the pot until soaking them enough.

 

Add and dissolve the miso in the pot after boiling.

Make the flame a low or a medium.

Simmer them until they are tender and the stock decreases about half amount. It takes approximately 7 to 10 minutes.

 

– Cut the leaves of turnips into 5cm and boil them in the same pot for 2 minutes during boiling others.

 

Then it’s done.

 

4 Summary

 

Sweet potato contains vitamin-C which is less damage by adding heat. It would be expected some effectiveness of getting rid of stress and prevention of cold.

 

This is the one that is recommended the person who cares high blood pressure because turnip contains lots of potassium (kalium) that helping digestion and helping eject an extra amount of salt from body.
