Shiseido Parlor was established in 1902, and it marks the 115th anniversary this year. It opened a restaurant formally in 1928, in addition, they have welcomed many customers as the symbol of Ginza.

These lovely red cake and small white cake are the ones at the fair last year. The representative strawberry of Gifu, Nouhime is used abundantly in both cakes. Nouhime is the daughter of Saito Dousan, the military commander of Minonokuni in the Sengoku Era, and got married with Oda Nobunaga. Next I will introduce the menus this year’s fair.

This parfait combines Nouhime with Shiseido Parlor’s traditional vanilla ice cream and homemade sauce made from strawberries.

During Feb 1~Feb 28, “ Vacherin of Nouhime~The World is full of hearts~ “ (1,980yen) also appears as a February’s recommended dessert for a limited time. The strawberries produced in Gifu, Nouhime is superimposed on a crispy meringue, homemade vanilla ice cream, strawberry sorbet, raspberry sorbet, and mascarpone cream. It’s a very lovely sweets abundant in hearts.

I’d like you to notice “ Cocotte de Fraise “(11,500yen) at this Strawberry Fair in 2017. This is the premium cake which was used about 50 pieces of the most delicious strawberries for every month per 1cake. The number of sales per day is only 5, and the reservation period is until Nov 23, 2017.

Warm Pot Cheesecake in Ginza “ Chocolat Berry “ (1,980yen) is served during Feb 1~Feb 28, 2017. It is a cheese cake baked by blending 2 kinds of cream cheese, adding chocolate ganache, several kinds of berries, and custard marron cream.

Ice Cream Soda of Nouhime produced in Ibigun, Gifu(1,130yen) is also served during Feb 1~Feb 28. They made the representative strawberry of Gifu, Nouhime into a colorful syrup. This is the supreme cream soda used a traditional vanilla ice cream.
