Cabbage and snow peas are spring vegetables being contained plenty of vitamin- C.
You can take more nutrition, if you eat them with as like ground sesame being contained plenty of calcium.
2 Ingredients of serving four portions
150g of cabbage
7.5cc (1/2tbsp) of salt
30g of dried radish julienne [cut dried Japanese radish]
Three pieces of snow peas
30cc (2tbsp) of lemon juice
15cc (1tbsp) of soy sauce
15cc (1tbsp) of white sesame
30cc (2tbsp) of dried goji-berries (wolfberries) [a moderate amount]
3 The recipe for Vegans by Japanese style
A – Rub julienne cabbage after sprinkling salt.
After leaving them alone for five minutes, wash them in water to get rid of the salt.
① Then drain them with squeezing well.

B – ① Drain the dried goji-berries well after soaking them in water.
C – Blanch the dried radish julienne and the snow peas for 1 minute.
② Julienne the snow peas diagonally after getting rid of its strings (fibers)
D – Mix the seasonings, lemon juice, soy sauce and ground white sesame in the bowl.
③ Finally mix all of them well in the bowl.
Then it’s done.
4 Summary
The tip of well-done is to julienne them well.
As like goji-berries and sesame contain strongly antioxidative effects.
Having them with dietary fiber like cabbages makes your skin beautiful.
