2 Ingredients of serving four portions
Twelve pieces of okra
Sixteen pieces of cherry tomato
30g (2tbsp) of sesame oil
10g (2/3tbsp) of salt
30g (2tbsp) of ground white sesame
3 The recipe for Vegans by Japanese style
① – Cut the okras diagonally into halves after blanching them and removing the stem ends.
Also cut the cherry tomatoes into halves after removing the stem ends.
② – Mix up the sesame oil and the salt in a bowl.
③ – Add and toss the cut okras and the cut cherry tomatoes in the bowl.
Finally, add and toss the ground white sesame in the bowl.
Then it’s done.
