There are still more teahouses all over Japan, but the number of teahouses seems to be much in Kyoto or Kanazawa. In Tokyo, Some Japanese gardens have their teahouses inside the garden. When you visit a Japanese style garden, it’s recommended to check if there is a teahouse or not.
