This is the love romance movie which describes the love between Jose, a leg-handicapped girl, and Tsuneo, a working student at a mah-jongg parlor. Jose looks strange a little because she rides on a baby carriage, and her way of speaking in a western dialect creates unique atmosphere moreover. Both of them fall in love with each other, and they are always together; however, after all, Tsuneo, the young man who wants to live comfortably, decides to break up with her when he recognizes the burden Jose asks for. Every young people cannot consider undertaking one’s life as realistic. The rustic mood with no romanticism wrings audience’s heart.
