It is been 9 years since Sagar opened in Kyoto.

You can enjoy traditional North Indian cuisine at this restaurant.

Their menu has a lot of choices. You can choose spiciness, taste, and ingredients.

Their popular menus are Sagar Butter Chicken Curry, Chicken Chili, Keema Curry, Saag Paneer, and Tandoori Chicken.

2 About Cooks

There are two main cooks at this restaurant. One of them is from Uttarakhand, India. He used to work at five stars hotel in India about 9 years. He came to Japan in 2007 and he became a cook of Sagar. Another one of them is from Uttarakhand, India too. He used to work at Indian restaurant in India about 10 years.

Their motto is “Sagar is the where people can enjoy professional cuisine freely”. Owner of Sagar thinks that it is usual that we can have a delicious food when we pay a lot.
