Shin only has sushi counter seats and it is not big Sushi restaurant. However, many people come and visit from all the way to experience their delicate and distinctive flavor.

 

Sushi chef at Shin went to many different parts of Japan and Los Angeles to learn a lot of things about Sushi and trained himself.

 

There are regular types of Nigiri Sushi in Shin but they also have bunch of unique Sushi, such as Mozzarella Cheese Zuke Nigiri. Zuke means marinated with soy souse based sauce.

One thing I want you to order at this restaurant is Sea Urchin. Chef is going to ask you to give him your palm and put Sea Urchin sushi on your palm.

There are three shops in Osaka. Those are in Miyakojima, in Sakuranomiya, and in Tenma. Anaba has concepts which using rare and large grained rice from Tochigi and handmade vinegar, which came down from Edo era for Sushi rice.

Anaba is very popular and famous because of the price, the huge sushi topping, and freshness. You are going to surprise seeing their size of sushi for sure.
